Ancestry

We all have ancestors.

The life stories of the men and women who came before us became our family history.

That “history” is the tapestry that we were born into. Most of us are walking around seeing the world around us with the “imprint” of beliefs held by generations before us.

This imprint includes specific beliefs, thought patterns, dominant emotions, and a tendency to cope with stress in specific ways.

When we look back with our eyes, hearts and minds wide open, many often recognize, the difficulties we face today are similar to the difficulties our parents and our grandparents faced.

Admitting this truth allows us to accept, the story of our life will impact the conditions that future generations will be born into.

I didn’t know my life journey would lead me to become a woman who helps others free themselves of family patterns that tend to perpetuate a sense of dis-ease and dissatisfaction with life.

I didn’t know I was being prepared to educate and uplift others from self perceived flaws that are purely false assumptions based on some terrible misunderstanding early in life.

I didn’t know I would dismantle my own self perceived flaws, address my own emotional addictions, and refine my understanding of a power greater than myself in order to be prepared.

Yet here I am, helping others free themselves from patterns of thought that have secretly been in place for generations…and unknowingly been creating generations that are deprived of love, wellbeing, health, and prosperity.

Here I am helping others to love and accept their imperfect selves so they can move forward in ways that matter to them.
