The Invisible Trap

This image of a woman trapped inside a glass structure is beautifully crafted, yet it repels me. I teach women how to free themselves from the kinds of traps this image represents to me.

The traps we face are invisible beliefs, and the quiet, often inherited patterns of thought, that cause us to feel compelled to conform, confine or restrict ourselves, subtly blocking our happiness, fulfillment, and ability to truly feel loved.

These beliefs lead us to make choices that feel safe but keep us stuck, leaving us uncertain about how to move forward.

Instead of being guided by ancestral wisdom, we end up standing still, wounded and unsure how to break free.

There’s so much more available for all of us!

More freedom, more joy, and more love, seemingly invisible, yet waiting for us to step into alignment with the opportunities unfolding around us.

Do you feel constricted? What if that feeling is calling you to move out of what used to be comfortable but now feels like a trap?

The first step is simply to reach out to me.  I look forward to connecting with you.

With love and appreciation for who you are and who you are becoming,

Jodi
