The Sun’s Light

There is not a single sound at the beach this morning other than a strangely muffled rhythmic churning of the waves.

The sky depicts contrast…light and dark.

When seen as a symbol of life… we see two ends of a spectrum, representing the highs and lows remembered as our life journey till now.

But what about the in between?

What about the in between where daily moments exist?

Daily moments that seem so insignificant, yet truly hold on one end experiences of love, joy, and delight in unanticipated opportunities and on the other, hidden worries, disappointments and regrets.

What if in order to receive what we are asking for, we need both…the light and the darkness.

What if life is designed this way deliberately because it is the contrast that activates our desire to grow, to change, to evolve?

That would mean nothing has gone wrong and that the world lives in a great big misunderstanding.

Choosing this perspective would mean you could relax in the knowing that all

Is working itself out and as you lean into this acceptance…it does.
